1. General Policy

All payments made on THCPanel are considered final and non-refundable, except under the specific conditions outlined below. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

You may request a refund if:

• The order was not delivered and no service was rendered within the expected time frame.

• The service was partially delivered, and the remaining part was not completed (partial refund may apply).

• The service failed due to a technical error on our end or our provider's side.

In such cases, your THCPanel balance will be credited. Cash refunds are only issued at our sole discretion in extreme or exceptional cases.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The order was completed successfully as per the service description.

• You provided an incorrect link or username.

• The service was disrupted due to changes or bans on the social media platform.

• You requested a refund after service completion.

• You violated our Terms of Service or used the service for prohibited content.

• You requested followers/views/likes from two panels for the same link at the same time.

4. Cancelled Orders

If an order is manually cancelled by THCPanel before processing begins, a full refund will be credited to your panel balance.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first will result in:

• Permanent account suspension

• Forfeiture of all remaining balance

• Blacklisting from future use

Always contact our support team to resolve issues before taking such action.

6. Balance & Deposits

All deposits made to your THCPanel account are non-refundable unless you have not used the balance at all. Unused balances may be refunded at our discretion upon a formal request and valid reason.

• Include your order ID, link, and reason for the refund request.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
